- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've gone in this store on 3 occasions. Every time my wait was over 15 minutes because they were severely understaffed. I also had a 600 page printing order I was trying to get quoted. I called at 2 pm to get a quote, and apparently "Dale Reeser" is the only employee who knows anything about those prices. He wasn't there, but was supposed to be back in an hour. I called an hour later, and Mr. Reeser decided to leave work early that day. Soooo, I took my business to FedEx just a bit North on US 17, and have never had an issue with them. I would suggest you do the same unless you like waiting in line forever. This is the most disorganized UPS Store I've ever been to, and refuse to go there again.By Cody York, August 30, 2017

- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Just a heads up! This store has changed their policy and pricing for printing from a flash drive, although the posted notices address emailed jobs only. Verified with the manager today. There is a $3 charge in addition to copy costs just for them (or you) to print. So in essence, expect a 13-cent copy to cost $3.13 before tax. You can get 30 copies at Office Depot for that! Sad, but it just doesn't make sense to use this store for printing anymore.By Cynthia Mendenhall, June 22, 2017
